Adejisola (Lady ABHA) is a people manager with RBC Royal Bank of Canada. She has been working with RBC for 15 years. She is a retail banking specialist, a team player, result focused, and a consummate high achiever. Prior to this role she was a Branch Manager, where she led her branch to senior manager level. Adejisola was also a financial planner for 4 years; she provided integrated planning advice with a focus to retain and grow a portfolio of high-potential and high-value clients. Adejisola moved into a leadership role because of her passion to build leaders.

Her primary role is to engage and motivate people in the workplace, providing them with opportunities to grow and develop to their potential. 

She spends her time coaching team members on how they can achieve their goals and be recognized for their achievements. Lady Abha believes that people are our greatest asset; therefore she provides mentoring, training, feedback, coaching, and development support so they have a clear career path.
