Born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, she is an industry leader and family first. This is because while she has gained respect and status in the banking community, her family has not been forgotten. Lady Adejisola is a mother herself, and being a successful banker and a good parent is important to her. She makes time for her family. 

While she's an active member of her local community, she's even more involved in her family. It's that deep love for her family that inspires her to make a difference in her community, her country and her world.
