who is lady ABHA?
Adejisola (lady ABHA) is a senior leader in digital transformation, financial planning, change and workforce management. An avid content writer and community leader, Adejisola is a 2020 RBC Global Citizen awardee.
She is married and biologically, a mother of two young men, but mother of many, as the first child of her mother. She took on the care of her siblings from a very young age. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading, volunteering, and watching movies.
Adejisola is a people manager with RBC Royal Bank of Canada. She has been working with RBC for over 16 years rising slowly through the ranks, she has paid her dues.
She is a retail banking specialist, a team player, result focused, and a consummate high achiever. Prior to this role she was a Branch Manager, where she led her branch to senior manager level. Adejisola was also a financial planner for 4 years; she provided integrated planning advice with a focus to retain and grow a portfolio of high-potential and high-value clients.
Adejisola moved into a leadership role because of her passion to build leaders. She is willing, ready and capable to take on greater responsibilities in the Banking Industry.

Community service has become her. It is also now a Family Tradition. She believes that our skills, expertise and or experience should be shared either in the community or in our professional lives. As a Nigerian, she is a fore-runner supporter of her community, which made her initiate the founding of Council of Nigerian Professionals Inc. (CNP) in 2018.
She is proudly African and understands the need to collaborate with everyone of African Heritage. She saw and realized a need and cause in her local community of Halton Region, she also founded African Caribbean Council of Halton (ACCH) to address the need.
She works with dedicated volunteers and community leaders to bring the support to live in all these organizations and communities.
Adejisola Hs embraced her Canadian heritage, her quote is "if I only want to be Nigerian, I would not have left the Nigerian shores, if I only want to be an African, I would not have left the shores of Africa, so she supports everything Canadian.
She has been working with JA Central Ontario for over a decade, where she educates and supports youth in company programs and financial literacy.
Knowing the importance of mentoring and supporting new immigrants to Canada, she supports ACCESS Employment and TRIEC as a mentor.
CNOY ensures everyone has a place to stay out of the cold, she walks and donates to the Cause.
She has first hand knowledge and understands what it means to lack the resources to live a fulfilling life. So she volunteers and also donates to Knights Table, a Charity in Brampton that provides food, hot meals 365 days a year to people that need the support and more.
Lady ABHA is a lifelong learner, and in spite of obstacles she experienced growing up, she persevered and has achieved many professional and educational accolades. She attained her First Degree of BSc. of Banking and Finance at the age of 35.
She tried without any success to obtain her transcripts from Nigeria to complete her Master's degree. She decided she can only control herself and so she decided to go back to school. She was a full-time employee, a full-time evening student, a full-time mother and a Full-time wife for 4 years. She does not take No for an answer, she believes her strength comes from God. After 4 years of handwork, she graduated with Honors. It is this result she used to gain admission to complete her EMBA, and she graduated in 2019.
